Is Disney Using Videophones Now?
My father works at Wilderness Lodge, and he and I frequently try to top each other with stupid guest tricks. He won this week:
Seems another CM was at the desk, and when Dad came out for his shift, she was laughing out of control. He finally got her calmed down and asked what had happened. Seems a guest had come up to the desk, had walked down the entire row of CMs (all free and available to assist her) and right up to this particular CM. Before the CM could say anything, the guest announced, "You look like the person I spoke to on the phone!" The CM tried to explain that she didn't ANSWER the phones at all, so it couldn't have been her. The guest just kept insisting, "No, you look like the person I spoke to on the phone!" Apparently the guest is psychic and can "see" the people she talks to on the phone. Or at least, she's seeing something - and I'm not sure I want to know what it is!

I just hope she's nice to me when she sees me on the street and recognizes me by my typing! :D:

Que up the Twilight Zone music.

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

Definately! Unless this person was deaf I doubt if they have a videophone. And even then the person the deaf person sees is the interpreter and not the actual person they called. (unless it is direct call to another person with a videophone)hobie16 wrote:Que up the Twilight Zone music.

That would require you to have a videophone as well, and we all know you can barely use a computerdarph nader wrote:Beat me to it hobie. :(

If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

You could call MS, but you would probably call the wrong number at the right time, or the right number at the wrong time.darph nader wrote:btw,I thought that Disney 'was' using videophones.Hell I'd never be able to call, scare the hell out of the CM who answers. "OMG,it's HIM".![]()
Then again, she probably has caller ID and wouldn't answer the phone anyway.
