Apparently, the MagicBands and related projects have caused problems across the board.

That doesn't sound good at all. I wonder how accurate it is.

I started this thread comment on the user experience on the Web, but I wondered how things were on the backend. Sounds like maybe not so good. It's really too bad.

Just as well. It wasn't the same without topless mermaids, a giant squid, Atlantis, and a goofy sea monster. :(
