Let's just hope they make *some* felony charge stick so he won't be going about armed. They did confiscate the shotgun he was waving at his most recent ex-girlfriend.

I have a curious question. How does a guy like that even get a girlfriend? He is a massively public loser. Went to trial for murder, and had is his wife kick his butt out for being an asshole, and yet...a girlfriend. Does that solidify the much repeated theory that women love outlaws?

I think that the possibility that he pulled his gun out before it was a last resort seems more likely now.
