I noticed my roomie used a password to help me get access to the system when she put my netbook on her account; I also used a password protected account to go online. I have VIPRE Internet Security 2013 as my anti-malware. The Wi-Fi had to be turned off, and broadband is slow. A few other people, plus a screen message that appeared when my netbook tried to connect to another network all said the same thing--contact the ISP(TWC), so I will tell my roomie to do so mach schnell.
