Whats planned under the big top tents in the new fantasyland

Whats planned under the big top tents in the new fantasyland
I know most of what is going on the new fantasyland but I just realized that I have no clue what is planned for under the big top tents that are currently behind the wall. They are huge so I can not imagine they are going to only be stores. I can only assume they will be meet and greet areas of some sort.

I believe that they are the same tents used for the County Bounty store and the Character Greeting rooms.
