Ok here's the story.
I have Disney Mobile Cell phone. It was turned off on the 2nd of Aug for non payment. I owed them $472.00. I talked with the Financial service supervisor on the 2nd and told him I got some money comming in on the 30th and would oay it then and re activate service. He said ok.
So yesterday I called at 8:30 am and tried to pay them with my credit card. I am told that the day before (the 28th) the accnt went from suspended status to terminated and the computer woul dnot take my payment by phone and that I would have to mail it in.
I said that was BS that the accnt was to remain open untill the next biling cycle so I could pay it. I asked them "If I mail in the payment what will they do with it?" she said they would post it to the accn't. I said "Then why can't they do that now with my card?"
Well, cutting this story short it took me literaly all day untill 4:30 that afternoon and talkign to 5 different supervisors untill they FINALLY tookmy payment so I could reactivet my srevice, and buy a 2nd phone for my wife.
The last girl I talked to was great (sounded cute too and I enjoyed our flirting back and forth *wink) she fixed it all, got everything set up. I told her how unbelivable it was that they would call me every month asking for payment and now that I was trying to pay them they didn't want it.

My wife said I should have called and asked when the bill will go to collections because I know they will take a credit card payment by phone.LOL
