Awfully quiet on here today--is anyone else wrestling with a site called , a redirecting site? Or is it just me? I've reported it to Zazu, but have yet to have him reply on my most recent, and more detailed, report of this nefarious site that pops up whenever I try to go here. I believe a recently departed troll is responsible...

Sorry about my long silence. I've been having computer problems, and today they expanded into network problems.

Short answer: It's a Google problem. Use the direct URL instead: <http://stupidguesttricks.com>.

In the future, your best bet to get a quick response is to report a post -- preferably one of your own. This will notify all of the admin team, and whoever reads it first can respond.

If as in your case, you couldn't get on to do so, email all of the admins you have emails for in case one of us is temporarily unavailable. None of us will ignore you deliberately, but life sometimes gets in the way.

The Tongans I've met could trump just about anybody, especially in large numbers.

Makes me wonder what would happen if they and the Samoans ever got into a rumble. The latter group *owned* the beach where I grew up; even the cops wouldn't go there after sundown!

Based on anecdotal information, it happens every week and is lubricated with demon rum. Both groups though, will go after the Hawaiians as they're viewed as lazy what with all the sovereignty wars, drop of blood, the Office Of Hawaiian Affairs demanding everybody's land, and the scam artists that keep taking everyone to the cleaners.

The other day when I tried to log in, it popped up, but the green "eye" in the bottom right of the library computer turned red, and a message popped up saying it had caught a virus. I unfortunately didn't get the IP addy, but seriously, this is the only site that page pops up on. Apparently this library's virus program deactivated it, because I can get through just fine.

But since my netbook's anti-viral program has expired, and I don't have the bucks to renew it or --my preferred method--buy VIPRE antiviral software, I'd prefer not to access this site on my netbook.

I use the same direct short cut from my Firefox favorites that I've used since I put it up there, haven't had a problem or pop-up at all.
