Not any more. Disney has put out a tiny one under their Birnbaum line.
Which reminds me - where is Syndrome? Doesn't she have like 80+ DCL cruises under her belt?
Probably more by now. But her husband is out of work so she's taking on more writing jobs. I'll tell her she's missed next time we meet.

Just to throw my two cents into the ring. I honestly do not see an Avatar land actually happening. If anything happens we may get a single attraction on the lines of Star Tours.
I really enjoyed the movie. I heard about the other two coming well before the land opening. I just do not see it hitting the teen market that the studios are are hitting with movies like Hunger Games.
I predict this will fall to the wayside. Hasn't there been other big announcements that just never happened? What the rumored "Night Kingdom" or Villans Kingdom ever offically announced? I know I have seen models and announcements of world showcase pavilions that never happened.
