The Osborne lights now go up on the fake New York city street. Just not the same, IMO. One year we went to a passholder event for the opening night of the lights. They gathered us all together on the NYC street and served hot cocoa and cookies and then made fake snow flakes come down. Then we all walked down the street. It was special.

Oh, ok. That is where we saw it in 2008. I liked it. I never saw the original setting, but thought the set up they had then was awesome.

Is it sad that when she says to than the Phonecians, in my mind it is ALWAYS followed up with, "Mr. Bond." From the very first time, I just couldn't get it out of my mind. It was there and always will be. And now it will be for some of you.

I would love to see the computer system updated so that you can choose the narrator: Walter Cronkite, Jeremy Irons or Judi Dench. The attraction speed is roughly the same, or at least close enough. I had heard it was an option they had been talking about making available.

1) Journey Into Imagination - riding past doors in a science lab is so very imaginative-not. I miss Dreamfinder.

2) Pleasure Island - Adventurer's Club, Jazz Club, Comedy Club. Such a great way to enjoy a late night

3) Cranium Command. We only saw this once when we took my niece and nephew in 2000. My husband still talks about it when we are at WDW.

4) The original AE. Stitch still scares the crud out of little kids. Why bother to change.

5) Monster Sound Show. We ALWAYS went to this attraction. The Letterman pre-show. The Chevy Chase movie. My brother even "volunteered" once. It was hilarious. I know that sound engineering has changed, but wouldn't it be great to honor the "old school" ways.

You might be amazed at how little. Yes, there are computers, but different sounds require different, well, sounds. There is no one sound fits all.

A great video from several years ago. It does not follow my belief system, but it's really, really funny and surprisingly accurate to movie sounds and how they are made. Now, the industry this video is talking about I do not know, but I know that it's accurate to how sounds are made in *ahem* standard movies.

I don't think I've ever been able to say this about a video... the video is fine, but the sound is NSFW.

I think what bugs me most is that the entire show of Cranium Command is still fully functional and just SITTING THERE as of 2010. The entire Wonders of Life pavilion being closed just gets my goat in the worst damn way, since I've gone on this rant before I'll decline to start again here.

Another one I forgot to add is Atlantic Dance. In it's original function as a Swing and Big Band club. I can't even begin to guess how many nights I danced away in that place. Every weekend they had bands come in, some awesome acts from smaller bands up to George Gee. I miss AD. :(
