Bathroom Olympics

Mens Restroom on Town Square in the Magic Kingdom. Busy day, most of the spots taken.

One was taken by a young man who was standing perhaps three feet back. As you might expect, he was putting as much on the floor and walls as he was in the urinal. The men on either side were glaring at him, but had their hands too busy to dope-slap him.

I didn't.

"Stop trying to show off. You're getting the floor wet." I said as I gave him a gentle shove in the right direction.

Could have ended badly for me. Probably should have, in retrospect.

It didn't.

Kid turns around to protest, pees all over the man next to him, who turns out to be his father. Dad was not pleased.

I finished my business and left, stepping around the kid who was wiping down the walls and floor in the area with a wad of paper towels while his father punctuated his sharp remarks with his foot.

Nice to win one once in a while!

Mind you, I think the father should have taken action before someone else did, but the action he did eventually take was quite good!
