Haha, I need to stop typing without my glasses, its getting pretty bad if I mistake a "k" for an "l" LOL!
I remember the first time I saw an ad-wrapped train @ Six Flags. It was on Viper. It was some spiking gel for your hair and there was advertisements EVERYWHERE for it. Signs about it while waiting in line, signs hanging in the station, and an entire coaster train devoted to the hair gel. I felt it was kind of ridiculous. It didn't make me want to buy the stuff, that's for sure.
But the problem is that Six Flags does shameless advertising in the park EVERYWHERE. They plant signs along walk ways about Home Depot, Corn Nuts, Coke, a few other brands, etc. Some are of the info-mercial type as well (Did you know [Coaster] uses this much electrical wire? That's enough for 6 houses! Brought to you by The Home Depot), which seems out of place and weird. But I think ad-wrapping a coaster train is getting out of hand. Are they that hard up for cash still?

Last time I rode Mind Bender at 6F Georgia it had a hair gel wrap. This is of course on a coaster that is actually supposed to be themed and fit into Gotham City.Freak wrote:I remember the first time I saw an ad-wrapped train @ Six Flags. It was on Viper. Which is why I was saying they might as well have TP and Kotex :)Freak wrote:Some are of the info-mercial type as well (Did you know [Coaster] uses this much electrical wire? My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

BW...don't be upset with me. I don't like the commercials, but I use the Charmin with the bear. And I agree....I don't scrimp when it comes to TP.

Over on ICHC, they have one of a cat stating his preferences for TP regarding how well it shreds. :D:

Also, on ICHC, they have a montage of all 11 Doctor Whos as cats. More recently, they had a pic of a cat playhouse that on the outside resembles the Tardis, and today I saw one with a cat tree with the starship Enterprise on it! You gotta see that!felinefan wrote:Over on ICHC, they have one of a cat stating his preferences for TP regarding how well it shreds. :D:
