Sooooo...the website was down last night..
I tried to logon, saw that DNS was not getting resolved. Any word on what happened? I'm just curious since I work in the industry :)

Tell the truth.Polar33 wrote:According to the host, their servers "lost connectivity" for about six hours last night.
Was it Zazu frying the system because of smiley overload?
Could it be that Darph unplugged a few cords so he could plug in his beer cooler.
Maybe Wallaby using all them electrical appliances to keep his pelt svelte.

Strange, I was able to get past their router, but I couldn't reach the nameservers. Either they had a major failure inside their network, or someone screwed up. I'd hope that they would have alternate routes inside of their network to eliminate failure of a router/switch. 6 hours, man that must have been one hell of an issue...Polar33 wrote:According to the host, their servers "lost connectivity" for about six hours last night.

The real reason the servers were down is that Darph spilt beer on the server as he was walking by to plug in the cooler.
BTW Darph, That's alcohol abuse. :D:
