It's not a new monorail. It's a new monorail COLOR.
Re: Any word on color?
Not the classiest article, IMO. Peach, interesting color.

The other color choices available for the vote must have been something truly awful for peach to win....Big Wallaby wrote:Those of us who were around voted. I want to know who voted peach. That's disgusting.

Re: Any word on color?
It was Maroon. Maroon was a cool color.
Who the hell picked peach? Unless they're talking about Coral about to come back from her repaint. In which case, they sure did a good job fooling the media.

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Maroon is a far better choice than peach. I just have a hard time imagining anybody choosing peach over any other reasonable choice....it just sounds so ugly....Big Wallaby wrote:It was Maroon. Maroon was a cool color.

Re: Any word on color?
First of all, I reserve judgment on how the new color will look until we actually see it on the train. I'll admit, there are probably flashier colors out there, but I don't think peach is an automatic eyesore.
Second, love the "Monorail Peach" tweet and picture.

It's not a new monorail. It's a new monorail COLOR.
Anyway....I actually popped in the thread and tried to explain that it was not a new monorial, but the Tronorail that was being repainted. I should have waited until I had Lasolimu with me. My god, the "that's not trues" and "where are you getting your infos". Ug...I should know better than to type a respond over there.

Now you can back and say, "Neener neener neener!"

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.
