Coaster Accident at Darien Lake, NY

Post by Darksin » Tue Jul 12, 2011 9:13 am

Not sure if anyone has heard about this one yet.
A legess Veteran was thrown from "Ride of Steel" in Darien Lake, NY on 7/8.

I'm curious now, since other Forums seem to be up in arms over who gets the blame on this one.
Do the parks even have regulations about "missing limbs" now? Back in my day it was all "Riders Discretion" unless you didn't meet height or size restrictions.

Posted the other day here.

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

Oops must have missed it somehow.

That's what I get for posting while drinking Nyquil like coffee!
