i'm talking about the one at dhs and it sounds like tiggerhappy is talking about the one at dlr.

i'm sure this topic is as exciting as it gets but i have been stopped dead in my tracks by the way that dlrfantastic!dan was able to put those quotes in a cascading fashion.

Please help and old, computer challenged person by telling me how that is done. Is it mirrors? I'll bet it's mirrors!

Nope...in this case...he figured it out for himself and still used it once and forgot it. Some of us just have no future in creative cyberspace. I doubt he had any intention of selling the FPs. He probably was just the FastPass Volunteer for a large tour group. I think it might be "Brazilian Tour Group" season? We do that within our own family, send someone with all the park tickets to the FP machine while the rest of the group does another attraction. I'm usually the FPV for my group as I know where all the attractions / shows are and their accompanying FP machines. Good exercise and it gives me some "alone time." ;)

The best ones are when they say they have dinner reservations or plane flights, and they want to go in hours early.

I have had that one play out so many times in my mind. My question and the first response is from a real conversation Everything above the line is real, everything below is what I have so many times wanted to do.

Me: And what time is your flight?

Them: About 4:15.

Me (looking at my watch): Well, since it's 3:15 now, you might as well wait for your time to come. I don't see how you're going to make your flight.

Me: Well, we're in Frontierland. That means it'll take you at least 20 minuntes to get out of here, Another 10 to 15 minutes on the Monorail or Ferry, 10 to 12 minutes to get to your car, 10 minutes to figure out your way to I-4, 25 minutes to the Airport... Which Airline are you flying?

Them: JetBlue

Me: Okay, so since you took 528, 4 minutes to get around the airport to the B terminal, 10 minutes to turn in your car, 5 minutes to walk to the ticket kiosk... Are you checking any bags?

Them: Two bags

Me: Okay, so 20 minutes to check in for your flight, 20 minutes to get through Security, 3 minutes to get dressed after the TSA does what they should have bought you dinner before doing to you, 7 minutes to get to your gate. Unless they're going to hold the plane for you for an extra 75 minutes...

Board X has reports of people being turned away on the fourth if they showed up well past the time posted on their fast pass. I always kind of assumed they'd enforce that if the crowds were nuts, because as someone else there pointed out, letting people in after the time is a perk, not a promise, but someone there suggested it wasn't official policy but rather officious CMs.

You should video doing this from various parts of the park. Take a day to video the walk from various parts of the park to the exit, then video ferry/monorail to TTC, simulate walk to car, bus ride times if going back to hotel, etc. It would make an interesting video series on Youtube, and useful for planning. You could become a star AND the most hated man on board x!
