First: A woman and her family board the boat at the Studios. Once the family gets to EPCOT the woman starts to yell at one of the captains. Well when this woman was asked to move off the dock and continue her conversation past the gates. That’s when all hell broke loose. These are her words. “ I have been here for over a week and let me tell you. The Janitors have been great. The maids have been so friendly, but you boat captains have been nothing but jerks. I don’t think I will ever come back. " Then she asked if she walked over to the Boardwalk if she can get back to Saratoga Springs. We tell her yes. You can catch a bus to Downtown Disney, and then hop on a BOAT to her hotel. With that she storms off with her family.
Second: Working on the World Showcase Lagoon, we load a family with a sleeping child in a stroller. [...]
Welcome to the family!
For both instances, yes complaints were made. Both are "not ever coming back". We celebrated at the weekly meeting. :D:

I never use the SeaRaycers on Crescent Lake. Too slow.
And my wife has stories of those things and the people who rent them. My favorite was the one where one went over the bow of another, Lake Patrol saw it happen, and the people were trying to convince him that nothing happened. So he got them to put it in writing. :D:

Sounds like my junior sailing kids.
Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

BTW, Friendship 1, if you hear of one of the other captains asking around about someone who's on SGT, that's because I told Lady Wallaby about you, and she's excited, and asked her friend in the department.

Check your settings, it doesn't seem that the system allows me to send you PM's yet. That could be either because you have it shut off or because the system won't allow you to send/receive PM's without having first posted 10 times (in which case, hurry up!).
