Osama Bin Laden will not be down for breakfast
There is breaking news that Osama is dead and the US has his body. It's still early and I hope I don't have to retract the title of this thread, but I have to admit it felt pretty good to type it.

I realize this is a family site but AMF Osama.

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

Next item on the agenda...find and kill the person that is going to replace him.
All said, it's a good thing he's gone, but he will be replaced and attacks will continue, they might be slow for a bit during the transition, but it will happen.

Three words: America FUCK YEAH!
"A little swordplay, now and then, keeps my mind off sheep!"
"You're messing with my Zen thing, man."

flat visions of misty places,
fragments bound below my surface,
but I can write dreams,
they flow from me,
inscribed but now unbound,
I touch them,
and they are real,
and they are real."

"President Obama. The United States has finally gotten revenge for 9-11. How will you deal with the rest of the Al Qaeda network to prevent the possibility of another leader taking Osama's place and causing another 9-11?"Lasolimu wrote:Next item on the agenda...find and kill the person that is going to replace him.

Yeah, doesn't seem like much of a victory here. Revenge isn't going to bring back those that were lost and it certainly won't prevent future 9-11s from happening.

Re: Osama Bin Laden will not be down for breakfast
I can't celebrate a death, even Osama Bin Laden's, but may his state of non-existence bring some peace to those countless people who suffered as a result of his actions.
A little scared of the backlash that has to be coming now, though. Someone is going to be looking for revenge.
