Gotta say, he has quite the expression. I think a NSFW would have been a good idea there.

I don't know about you, but I think I would have noticed a breeze.

We saw a guy at the Masters Golf Tournament with a kilt and the hose and garters too. And it was like 90 degrees. I was melting. Any guy that can wear wool in that heat is definitly all MAN.

You might be surprised. The shirt is between the upper part of the kilt and the body, and is quite often linen. The wool and linen breath better than polyester and a number of blends. Below the hips you have good airflow. :D:

Now if you're in a military kit including a waistcoat and regimental jacket, that's pretty rough in the heat.

Looks to me like he deliberately pulled the kilt flat. Maybe this is the Scottish version of smiling but crossing your fingers when duty forces you to shake hands with a politician you don't like. :badmood:

Does anyone else then have the thought, regarding the fact that those guys are not the only ones to use those chairs?

And further, can you imagine if that was a hot day?
