Your perfect Disney Day (WDW edition)

Post by tacoboy » Sat Aug 11, 2007 9:18 pm

Due to my ineptitude and not reading directions i wrote my whole wdw dream day on the DLR board. Here all us WDW fans can post our favorite day.

Here's mine:

Obviously. I would first be handed a golden magical unlimited fastpass for any ride in the entire WDW complex.

First off: MK. I would start with splash followed by BTM then Haunted Mansion. I would follow that up with a trip on the ol' Jungle cruise. Next i would hit TTA, Space, COP, and (if it still existed) my most favorite ride of all time: DELTA DREAM FLIGHT! And then just for kicks (and to get on Zazu's good side. :P) i would take a round trip on the Walt Disney World Railroad. But not before stopping at tonys and getting some chocolate creme brulee.

Next: MGM. GMR twice. (once in first tram, another time in the second tram). This would be followed by Tower of Terror and RnRC. Lastly, i would go to Millionare (even though it has been closed for years) and get picked to be in the hot seat. (I would win of course) I'd also get a meal at the sci-fi drive in.

After that: AK. First, five trips on KSR. followed by 3 on EE. a trip to Dinosaur. I would stop to play the games at chester and hesters dino rama. I'd finish off with a spin or two on Kali. After that: Pastalya at Rainforest Cafe.

And lastly: Epcot. I would begin by visiting Spaceship Earth. (Pre-renevations of course) followed by a spin on test track. Then i would visit Ellen's Energy Adventure. Next, i would go on the maelstrom as well as El Rio del Tiempo. (Yes, i was one of the few who liked the original)
I would then get dim sum at five dragons (YUM!) and watch the tapestry of nations parade (if it was there) and power of blast (as you can see, every attraction/show i like has closed :( ) I would finish up Epcot with Illuminations and then head back to MGM for......

FRONT ROW TO FANTASMIC!

Followign that, I would head over to DTD and see La Nouba followed by dinenr at wolfgang pucks.

And that is my PERFECT disney day.
If only it were to happen....... *sigh*

But icstupidpeople, this is an absolutely PERFECT day!
Even if the time/space continuom (sp?) gets a little screwed up, i wouldn't mind.

As for you cranbiz:
How do you think i'm gonna get from MK to MGM or MGM to AK? This way, i can have each of you driving me at least once.

I don't have to think up my dream day at WDW. I've actually dreamed this:

I go in for work and am told to take the van and go to Team Disney at once. When I arrive there, I'm informed that Walt has been thawed out and I've been selected to bring him up to speed on the past 40 years and show him around WDW. :walt:

I just pray it's true when they say, "If we can dream it, we can do it!"

I'd arrive at the STOL and step off of 'Mickey One' and BW would be there in my personal bus to pick me up and take me to MK where I would walk to my office on Main Street and begin my work day overseeing the parks and doing research on Walt to make sure that the Disney parks were staying within his vision. Part of my job would be to walk the parks, ride the rides, eat the food and talk with the CM's and guests to find out how they enjoyed their day and if something needed to be done differently.

You win. :D: :D:

Just work in a meet-and-greet with Walt, would you? That'd be a dream come true for me!
