The way the building is made they wouldn't fall five stories, but they would drop through the ceiling of the room just below. That could ruin your whole weekend as well.

It could be done but unless the rooms are all made out of foam the noise level to remove one to the rooms above, below and to the sides would be pretty impressive, I'll bet.
