Lucky puppy. I agree--she should be mailed in the same manner. Incidentally, depending on where you live, some or most forms of animal cruelty are felonies.

This lady has no remorse, from what the article shows. I hope for her sake it's a matter of stupidity.

Interestingly enough, it used to be common practice for farmers to ship live chicks via the postal system. There was even a special postal category for it.
But I don't think the mail system accepted anything larger in terms of livestock.
