Tiny Stuff Most Don't Notice

A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

He actually was having Yeti-like problems, so instead of fixing him they uninstalled him. He was right across from TSMM.
And buy copies of Orlando Attractions Magazine so I can stay fed :)

Most people, if they see Luxo, are probably wondering, "What the hell is that?"

Yeah, the crowd didn't really seem to take a whole lot of notice to the giant dancing lamp that came out of the window. There was a small group of people at the end, though.

That is really cool! Sad that he's no longer around.

It's a shame Luxo was removed. He was my favorite part of the day when I worked at TSM (I really loved his holiday show).

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

While not quite on the same level of entertainment. The "Observatron" that was at Tomorrowland garnered similar results. It had a whole bunch of sounds and music and it spun around.

Nobody ever looked up at it.

I remember the first time we rord the toy story attraction, we had a fast pass and was killing some time with a green army man, getting pictures etc. when he came out.

only a few people noticed (the had to look UP!) but we thought it was clever to put him there.
