Epic Mickey

A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

Got the game on Saturday and am in the midst of playing it. I recommend it to all CMs. It is, in many ways, an homage to Disneyland.

I'm not a CM, but I've been thinking about it, I just don't have a lot of disposable income right now that I can. And I'm lazy and would have to move the console to another location. :p:

I wish they'd release it for the PS3.

I bought it and sent it to my grandson for Christmas, and my DIL gave it to him yesterday. WTF?

He likes it and thanked me over the phone, but come on, really?

Early Christmas - bah, humbug.

Santa has Epic Mickey on his sleigh ready to deliver to our house. And a brush nunchuck as well. I may have to send the children to bed early to get a turn with it.

Somehow I have to figure out how to outsmart my DIL. Maybe she thought it was a Hanukah gift. :menorah: Wait. We're not Jewish.

The whole family is enjoying this game, either by playing or watching .. I would've loved to keep it for Christmas, but hubby is an instant-gratification type.

Eh. Didn't look and play well in the demos I tested (About a year ago), doesnt look any better now. I think Warren thought we were still in the Gamecube era of gaming. Oh well. The controls are wonky, and the camera is just. . . no.

(And it doesn't help that Warren tried to defend the camera problems either)
