He lived to a ripe old age of 2 1/2.

I don't know.
What do you serve with octopus?
potatoes? ketchup? spagetti? eggrolls? beer?

I heard when Disney's Mickey Moo died, the CMs had a big private bbq.

I had octopus for lunch today. Marinated in tomato and oil, sliced and mixed with diced onions, chopped lettuce, corn, and a chipotle drizzle; and served in whole wheat herb wraps. Yum! Serve with a dark ale or a beer with light hops.

For breakfast I would probably have chopped the octopus smaller, marinated without the oil, and substituted scrambled egg(beater)s for the lettuce and a tomato wrap. If you're the sort who takes beer with breakfast, I'd suggest a "light" porter.

And for a dash of irony, I was watching the news while I had my lunch and heard of Paul's demise with a full mouth.

Next question?

I like my Octopus in a light rice vinegar sauce as part of a Taco Su or Sunomono, fried in Tacoyaki, or as Sashimi (it's served boiled, not raw.).

Mmmmmmmm....

The viewing was today. Paul was laid out on a bed of cocktail sauce at Red Lobster.
