Thanks, Mayonnaise. It means a lot. Believe it or not (and I've said this before), but you guys are my friends. I have a pretty weird personality (to put it mildly) and I tend to scare off "real" people. LOL So....I have found a group I can fit in with online.
Thanks for the hugs and support. Each afternoon when I get home, I cuddle with her and "talk" with her (I'll try and get her mouthiness recorded). She's just a terrific cat, let alone a wonderful Siamese....very opinionated and likes to burrow in the sheets. As for the money situation....it will eventually get better. I just need for the SSA to get their heads out of their behinds.
We adopted a dog!!!!!
Re: We adopted a dog!!!!!
DragonFox,
I had a siamese mix who was diagnosed with chronic renal failure back in 2005. It was hardto make the decision when the time came, so I can sympathize. I'll keep your Kate (and you and your husband) in my prayers.

The opinions expressed here may not be those of kcberlin. Sometimes I just like to stir shit.

Based on the experience with my step-son it will be a long process. Keep banging heads and they'll come around. If you're getting the run around contact your US Representative. That got things moving for us.DragonFox98 wrote:I just need for the SSA to get their heads out of their behinds.

Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

VERY SORRY to hear about your cat. :( I hope that when the time comes, you will be consoled by the fact that you made her life so much better.
