Really Stupid Guest Trick (With Photos)
I know that normally we do not cross-post from other boards, but this is something that definitely belongs on this board.

Wow... it's sad how many people over there are trying to defend the actions the OP caught on camera, and berating them for having posted about it in the first place. Walking on the tracks of any ride, except in cases where instructed to by CMs during an evac, is just plain stupid/wrong.

I was shocked at how many people were bashing the OP... that's insane!Mayonnaise wrote:Wow... it's sad how many people over there are trying to defend the actions the OP caught on camera, and berating them for having posted about it in the first place. Those don't look like security to me, managers are more like it. Their excuse was probably that the kid was hyper from the candy they sell in the space mountain store, so he was just doing a little exploring. They probably then complained to guest relations that the ride stopped, and got an extra free day in their resort.

Hopefully resulted in one of the few times the PeopleMover actually takes you back to the parking lot.

Exactly. I don't care if some people thought that the kid was perhaps autistic or something, or what else their "reasoning" was... they did something idiotic. And people saying that maybe there was a "good reason" for their actions are just as idiotic.darph nader wrote:that and 'justifying' the action of the SG.

One more reason I'm glad to work at Disney as opposed to certain other parks. Quick response to a situation without anyone getting hurt.
