SGT Being Discussed on Another Board
Re: SGT Being Discussed on Another Board
Obviously this SG has not read this board throughly.....otherwise she would have also seen all the threads about the great guests you all have posted about, the ones who have "made the magic" for you as CMs. The thread on the other board is EXACTLY why I gave up on other Disney boards, there always seems to be too much drama

Re: SGT Being Discussed on Another Board
Great post over there Wallaby, if a good argument won't work, just put up a 'war and peace' sized post and that'll kill any thread ;)
Just kidding my friend! I read every word, great post! I only had to post to get some facts straight. One thing I really hate about the Internet, it is so easy to get false information spread (although I'm still waiting on Microsoft and Disney to give me my money and free trip!)

I agree. Great job Big Wallaby. LOL..."war and Peace" love it. :) But it was a wonderful response. You are in the wrong business man, you should be a writer.

I've thought about it, but I so easily get distract... Hey, look! A flower!
Also, I am wondering what happened to perfect-kiddoed SG over there... haven't heard from her again...
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Also she did not see the learning experience that people get while here.
Why can't we take 10 people into the cab of a monorail?
Weight limitations
Does the Jungle Cruise and river boats need a pilot?
They may be on tracks but somebody has to stop the boat.
We learn to see things from other peoples' viewpoints. Why would someone do something we ask then we hear about disabilites and other cultures. We learned that in some cultures it is normal to push and shove in lines because they do not have lines in their land. We learned that some cultures are very open about potties and think nothing about leaving the door open.
This site has also taught me a lot and thank you.

By the way, Cheshire Figment, your signature picture there is one of the scariest I could possibly think of. Morphing the cat into my all-time favorite Disney character... Evil, I tell 'ya!

Re: SGT Being Discussed on Another Board
Just wanted to way in being as I am not a CM, but a guest (hopefully, never a SG!)
I enjoy your site & it is one of the only forums I read, definately the only where I post.... I think y'all do a great job dealing with all sorts of stupidity. I don't see what has this woman's panties in a twist. You were pointing out how 1 person not following the rules inconviences/endangers ALL the other people around them...hence, the SG moniker. Can you imagine what the would say if, God forbid, you let this guy without the seatbeat & something happened to bus (accident, brake slammed on, anything that can happen in a car with little or no warning) & something happened to him or someone else on bus. Do you remember the driver's ed movie about the spaghetti noodles that are your arms in an accident!?!?!?!?
Kudos, to guest 1 for speaking up & speaking out!!! I'd like to buy her a drink!! :)
I can't believe another person wouldn't get that. I don't think she really reads the boards. Who could argue with parents leaving a child in a stroller in 100 degree heat alone because they were sleeping. Certainly not a co-sleeping, cloth diapering, no spanking mom, unless said mom felt as long as no one is bothering me they must be ok.... I've actually met parents with that philosphy(sp?) of child raising...try to avoid them at all costs. Glad she has 3 perfect children, I have 1 pretty well behaved, level headed, polite kid. I'll take that over perfect any day!!
