That's what I've always been told. If you are a Cast Member and you are with a group staying on property, at that point you showed your ID for EMH, and there was never any question. I don't know the rules these days on that.Cheshire Figment wrote:I know when I had friends or relatives visiting who were staying in a Resort, when they went to get EMH wristbands I went along with them and quietly showed my ID to the wristband distributor indicating the relationship, and asking if they would allow me to have one. Actually I found that this was an allowed practice.

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Having performed that role for several years for many, many EMH nights I can tell you that is absolutely not allowed. If the CM working gave you the band, that CM failed in fulfilling the role correctly.Big Wallaby wrote:That's what I've always been told. If you are the CM wearing the band and your manager sees you, the manager will probably ask what resort you are staying at on property. If that same CM were to respond with incorrect information or stating that wristband CM so and so gave it to me...well, both parties are subject to disciplinary action, not to exclude termination.
Again, if the group wants to put you on their reservation and you get a room key, all is good and enjoy. Otherwise, stay home...work EHH...anything but find a not so creative way to get termed.
