Don't be fooled by appearances. In Hawaii, some of the most powerful people look like bums and stuntmen.

Yes, I do mean kodiak and not kodak

Zazu, good job! On the 1st day of training, you watch the movies, etc. In ODV when I was trained, they asked us a important question. If you have a interest for this company, you can stay. If you don't like what you see as a future job, please walk away and don't return.
A few years ago there was a CP CM that came through vending. On his second week of being with the department, he was arrested. He had too many over/shorts. Each day he was roughly $50 short. Loss Prevention was called and the CM was watched. My friend told me that the CP CM was caught pocketing the big bills in his pocket. LP called the managers and also called Anaheim PD. When the CM reached the office and started counting out, he was approached by the LP team and was questioned if they took the money. The CP CM said no. LP and PD asked the CM to empty their pockets. I heard the CM had over $800 in big bills. PD arrested him and said, that's too bad. You now have a police record and you did not finish college.

Actually, that's not true. You can do the CP after 1 semester (that's when I did my first CP).Lasolimu wrote:I think that's what has Zazu stumped. You need to make it through at least a couple years of college to do the CP, and people flunk on day 2.

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Ah, I'm put in mind of the genius that was on the opening cast of one of the first two Stores here where I worked back in the day- all those interviews, Traditions, all that 'putting the straw through the potato' and 'exceeding guest expectations' and she got fired the day of soft open for stealing a frigging watch.
Twenty years later I'm still shaking my head over that one.

Bru,
I had no idea you worked at the MK. That's cool.
For a CM to steal a watch is not to bright.

Don't think bru ever was a CM @ MK turkey. She worked @ Disney Store... I think. Stealing a watch was brainless, but not as stupid as the 2 Main Street C Ms found having fun in K Lot 2 wks ago by DLS. & the male CM had just made lead.turkeyham wrote:Bru,
