America is lawsuit happy and such games would be fodder for the lawyers.

I work for a Japanese company and speak a little Japanese (chotto nihon-go o hanishimasu), and drinking is the Japanese businessman's past-time. I was in Seattle for a conference and went out a few nights with some of the guys from Tokyo. Lots and LOTS of alcohol was involved, we even got their manager drunk and passed out in a bar. The stories some of my co-workers tell of their trips to Tokyo for work are quite humorous and it is a badge of honor to miss the last train and sleep under your desk :cheers: These video's don't surprise me one bit, and they are very funny. Anyone watch Most Extreme Elimination Challenge?
