What is this is the court date for the failure to appear for the failure to appear?

Simple. You skip court again, go to the VM event, then change your name to Pierre and flee to Quebec.* It may seem extreme, but it's worth it. :D:

**Not really. I've just always wanted to put that into a disclaimer to see if anyone noticed.

Details, details, I have details... Now that the contest is closer, I have rehearsal time, dates & places for anyone interested.

Rehearsals (free!):
In Dallas:
• Thursday, June 24, 7:00 p.m., Eisemann Center, Richardson TX (Dress rehearsal)
In Philadelphia:
• Wednesday, June 30, 6 p.m. - 8 p.m., Regency B Ballroom, Loews Philadelphia Hotel (12th & Market)
 • Thursday, July 1, 9 a.m. - 12 noon & 1 p.m. - 4 p.m., Regency B Ballroom
Performances (NOT free!):
 • Friday, July 2, Chorus Contest Session #1, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. VM performs #4 in the lineup, with a projected on-stage time of around 10:45-10:50.
 • Saturday, July 3, Quartet Finals, 6 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. The chorus named champion on Friday (hopefully VM!) performs before the quartet competition begins.
For those of you in the Philly area, single day tickets are now on sale here. For everyone else, you can watch and listen live by webcast; details here.

Thank you! It is printed, highlighted and now pasted in my day planner. I think I'm going to take my daughter with me - I think she would enjoy it.

Awesome!!! If last year is any indicator, there will be a bigger crowd at our first rehearsal on Wednesday night, so DragonFox, you might want to try to be there by 6:00. We'll warm up and work some things, and then perform the whole set for the crowd there -- both to entertain those who've come to see us, and to get the "buzz" going about our set.

Near Philly, no guarantees on what you see at the Thursday rehearsal -- it depends on when you're there -- but obviously you'll see and hear some of our stuff, and then hopefully Friday will knock your socks off.

Please find me and introduce yourself to me during a break or at the end of a rehearsal! I'm an easy guy to spot -- 6'5", bearded, really large, and on the top row on the right side as you face the risers, third from the end. And -- as Purpura can tell you after she came to a rehearsal last year -- my official VM nametag does identify me as "Wombat"! :D:
