With my luck...

I just finished the second feeding. The birdie gets very upset when I put him back in the box. He's now got a nest made out of Charmin. I hope he likes it because my hand is cramped.

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Hehe, a few years back I was at Animal kingdom eating lunch at a place that sold hot dogs and mcd's frys, it was crowded and I was sitting on a planter around a tree when a blackbird came up and took a fry right out of my box which was sitting right next to me. I was so shocked I just sat there for a minute, then laughed becase of the balls this little bird had.

You're probably right. I just put him on the grass to walk around. He did a poop and headed right back to my hand. He's making contented birdie noises right now.

How about a hot water bottle kinda thing with charmin on top? The baby probaly needs warmth and snuggling in ...that way the "nest" can have a break. ;)

We've got a heating pad set on low under a towel and a Charmin nest on top.

We just had him out on the lawn. He was pecking at seeds so at least he knows how to eat.
