Re: Wal Mart ..........
So not the one I was thinking of. Anahiem is a good store although they are remodeling right now so its a bit out of whack. Orange, I haven't been to. Next time your in the area why dontcha you come in and say hi.

but I can write dreams,
they flow from me,
inscribed but now unbound,
I touch them,
and they are real,

Which one were you thinking of? Was at your store all last summer. Pups like the In N Out there. Saw you often. :) I kinda don't bother others....unless I know them. ;)CujoSR wrote:So not the one I was thinking of. Next time your in the area why dontcha you come in and say hi.

I thought that as I typed it, but what can I do - it's the name of the store. LOL Anyway, who says I didn't mean it as a double entendre anyway? ;)ktulu wrote:Yeah, might want to rethink that part of your post ;)

I was thinking of Santa Ana. I avoid that place like the plague unless I have to go get supplies.Main Streeter wrote:Which one were you thinking of? Was at your store all last summer. Pups like the In N Out there. Saw you often. :) I kinda don't bother others....unless I know them. ;)

Re: Wal Mart ..........
Santa Ana *shudders*
I HATED getting product from RadioShacks in Santa Ana. I was worried I'd walk into the store and come out and find all four of my wheels had been stolen.
Orange Wal-Mart...and the city of Orange for that instance....*shudder* I won't miss that city. Orange Wal-Mart is one of two Wal-Marts I've been to that doesn't have fish, and the ONLY Wal-Mart I've been to that doesn't have an Oil Change Station (though I wouldn't trust my car to Wal-Mart). Anaheim Plaza Wal-Mart is good during the day, but that section of Anaheim gets scary at night.
Granted, my Westminster Wal-Mart is a pretty decent place to pick up goodies for my aquarium and goodies for my King Betta. I used to buy a LOT of Star Wars toys there, but most all Wal-Marts have stopped stocking any current product, so that's done.
When they have electronics stuff on clearance you can sometimes get good deals. Granted nobody's opened the package and stolen whatever you want to buy.
Buena Park Wal-Mart isn't bad. But the only reason I'd be in Buena Park is for PORTILLO'S! Yummm.

Re: Wal Mart ..........
Many parts of Santa Ana are lovely & safe neighborhoods. We own properties in Santa Ana & never worry abt our wheels. Beuna Park Wal*Mart always has at least 4 cop cars infront or near by at the mall. Wal*Mart is large, almost as huge as Huntington Beach. Need a map in HB Wal*Mart. Totally agree with you on Portillo's!Freak wrote:Santa Ana *shudders*

Radio Shack on 17th in Santa Ana is fine, though I rarely go there. Santa Ana has some lovely areas & safe neighborhoods. We own properties in Santa Ana & don't worry abt our wheels. All depends on where you are in Santa Ana. Wish Santa Ana would Stand With Arizona & adopt their illegal immigration act. Rancho Santa Margarita has backed it.
Orange is great. I like it & feel safe. Our Orange hills property is all thick walled & security gated. The well kept neighborhoods around us are nothing to "shudder" at. Old Town Orange has always been interesting & fun. Many movies shot at The Circle.

Re: Wal Mart ..........
No no no its not the neighborhoods that scare me, its the people there. Orange has some of the weirdest people I've ever met. I've had rather strange encounters here. And the Orange Wal-Mart just feels...ick.
The Orange Circle is awesome. I love the food there. Parking sucks. But for the times I had to work @ that RadioShack, I was really cool with it.
I understand Santa Ana honestly isn't a bad neighborhood, but the times I went to Bristol & 17th store, we had some unsavory characters sitting around and ON my car. WTF. Its the people I've encountered that gave me a bad impression.
And yeah, Buena Park is usually populated with quite a few police officers. Even during my time @ Knott's there was always always always a car backstage. Several during Haunt.
Buena Park, I just like Portillo's...and PetsMart (more goodies for my fish). Then there's John's Incredible (Inedible?) Pizza Company. My sister loves tha place. I.....could do without that place.

Hmm, I wonder what your reaction meeting me on the street would be as I am a very weird...dragon...who tends to stand out in a crowd.Freak wrote:No no no its not the neighborhoods that scare me, its the people there. Wal-Marts where I am (there are 3 plus a Sam's Club) not scary, so guess we are lucky. Can buy lots of Disney merchandise there, including scrub tops for work. Everyone loves my POTC scrubs ;)
