There have GOT to be more great Nemo queue stories, I know a lot of non-Nemo TL folks have been working that line consistently for several weeks and are full of anecdotes.
I'm only close enough to see them use our phones to call security over "guest on guest interaction".

No good Nemo line stories from me, I waited an hour on our EE day (7/12) to ride Nemo while my wife took my daughter to ride Alice. The best I could do was talk to a nice family while waiting. I did see a woman who was letting people pass because her kids were off doing something else. She was getting anxious and kept repeating "come on! come on!" I almost wanted to be around when her kids did show up :D:

So... if you don't want to move up, how the hell are you going to get on the ride?

Where heelies and let the mob push you. Crowds tend to wait for no man after a minute or two.

it's truly annoying when entering a queue that people don't move in/up to let the people behind them in. i guess they figure they will get better seats. but when i see an empty space, i move towards it. when entering a theatre, such as Muppets, people want to sit in the center to get a better view/effect of the show. that's why people don't want to move to the end of the row. my only beef is when very tall/big people sit right in front of small people , then they can't see, whether it's in a show or parade.

same here!! Evetime I work at HISTA, I spiel to move to the end of the row or two - thirds to make room for the guests behind them, but some don't listen and plop right in the middle of the row and your have other guests climbing all over them. If they still have room and everyone has a seat then they can move towards the center.

Rocket Scientist at "HISTA"/ Astro Orbitor,
Space Ranger at Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters

I hear you. I lost track over the year I worked on Shrek 4D at Universal of the number of times that I had to go and directly tell the guests to move all the way in, particularly during the summer when were so busy. People never wanted to listen, and it was a complete PITA dealing with them.

Re: People who don't move all the way to the end of the row solution. . .
(Otherwise known as the "Syndrome solution")
What I do is when I get up to the nimrods, I push off on the leg away from them, and end up accidently coming down with my full weight on top of their foot. I really really try and do the same thing to their other foot as well.
It works really really well when they are sitting down (and their legs are stretched out), and it's even better when they are wearing flip-flops or sandals.

The Nemo line is definitely not friendly for Summer visitors. I went for a preview day, I don't think they had figured out how to make the line yet, because it confused me so much, with no one in it!
I honestly don't think that Nemo is worth 1.5 hours in the sun....

Truth: There are no sewers below Disneyland, and therefore no alligators in them. The secret tunnels are infested with mutant rats, however.
