Yeah but they're like... Famous!!!! I think I'd still stammer talking to famous people even if I worked with them. You are very good at people. Me... not so much.

Nope, not at all! Meeting the characters is my favorite thing to do at Disney

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

I'm horrible with ages, so I'm not sure. But I really miss that show too. It was one of my favorites when I was younger

Believe it or not, I found a way to watch it online. You Tube actually has a lot of the old episodes!!! Whoo-hoo!

DragonFox98 wrote:See...this topic just proves I'm not a SG!!! :D: I can't believe the nerve of some people....I choose to go to WDW to experience the magic...and meeting with the characters are part of that. Yes, I speak with the attendants and the characters, but to ask things like "How are you doing today?" And when we're with the characters we ask things like "Hey, Donald, do you know where I can find Daisy?" or comment on how much we liked playing in his boat. We kid Goofy about how tall he is (my hubby is 6'5" and normally has a wonderful time messing around with Goofy). And I have a picture of me cavorting on the floor in the Judge's Tent with Pluto.

Good God, people....it's supposed to be magical and fun. That is not a person in a costume....that is Tigger and we're going to bounce!!!

enough said....
Characters LOVE guest like that. It's sooo much fun! One time I was talking to a guest that was asking if Daisy was still at the front because they had not seen her when they came in. I joked that maybe Daisy had gone shopping (again). When it was their turn the Dad kept on teasing Donald on how much it was going to cost him Daisy's little shopping trip. I laugh so hard I had tears in my eyes, all while poor Donald mas made to worry over his next credit card statement.

I guess that SG can't restrain themselves. Another attendant was telling me that a guest asked Donald if he was a legal immigrant... :bbbat:

I believe Mary Poppins isnt the same since I bumped into her and then burst into tears!! Luckily DD explained the history - and she took an extra moment to speak with me, the magic of Disney, the heart of those that gather there keep me returning!

I know that when I'm at DL, I make sure that my disbelief is suspended as high as it can go. I shall have to remember to address each princess as "Your highness". Hmm...should I also address Alice as "Miss Liddell"? :cat1:

Up here in Canada, Ducks are considered Migratory Game Birds and are protected by law.

Unless its hunting season...

prolly won't work. I don't think the charactors "worlds" get updated right away after each film. expeshaly if you asked the younger alice a question only the older alice would know.
