It's a AA head. I wonder if they need both a actor and the operator to make him talk thou. or is it a true voice synth.
sort of like crush and mobile muppet labs.

Knew this was coming soon after they did the dreams come true show at WDW and the characters mouths moved.

..You know, since this is a test, I doubt that this individual even has permission to have this video up online. After all, Disney has not made any official statement about this.

I wouldn't be surprised if this video gets pulled soon.
