No surprise there are no more "name" airline flights, just one little company.
Oh, and how can a thread with no topic go off topic?

Depends on the time of day, with traffic, it could be much faster to fly.GaTechGal wrote:MACON!! Good Lord. It probably took longer to taxi out onto the runway than it would have to drive there. I didn't even realize the Macon HAD it's own airport. I would have thought that ATL would have been close enough. Warner Robbins is a bit further down the road, but their planes are different. ;)

I work on a vending cart at DL. One day a bunch of jr high kids came to my cart. They asked if they could get a discount on the food. They showed me a 1 day pass and I said no. The discounts are at the restaurants and they do not apply on vending carts.
I have never seen room keys that were converted to park tickets. Nice try.
Park tickets or park passes might be a different issue.
One more thing, at the Disney stores they have gift cards that are not a hard plastic. I think it was a Disney gift card to the world. These cards can not scan at all or even punch in the number on the registers. Some lady said she used it to get into the park. I read on the back to her, that the card could be used in Disney Stores and not in Disney parks. Does anyone else have same problems with the cards?

WDW hotels can put park tickets on room keys. As of the last time I talked to anyone at the DLR hotels, they can't.turkeyham wrote: I have never seen room keys that were converted to park tickets. Nice try.

Yep our last trip we stayed on property (WDW) and our room keys acted as our park tickets, Dinning plan, payment card, and our on ship ID's for the Disney Cruise.hhsrat wrote:WDW hotels can put park tickets on room keys.

Hum. Guess DL just has not caught up with the better parks :D

I have not seen them yet. I have stayed at all 3 of the hotels. Front desk lets you charge things on your room key. But, I believe it is a separate ticket for the parks. I have seen 5 day passes, a signature on the lower portion of the ticket.

We have requested this. Just seemed easier. They've been around for while.

Re: Where Did You Put Our Tickets?
back in 2005 the Cast members I talked with were saying they hope they could get the upgrade which would allow them to charge using the room key. At the time they charged using a slip of paper with a unique ID code. I figure sooner or later they will adapt to a similar system WDW uses, much like how I wish all APs at WDW had a bar-code on them instead of just a mag-strip. (My sister's has a bar code, yet mine which was printed later just has a mag-strip)turkeyham wrote:I have not seen them yet. I have stayed at all 3 of the hotels. Hopefully next Oct 2011, when I am in town. I will have to see how they add the park tickets to the hotel keys.
