Best of luck, I couldn't resist...

What? Are we getting another batch of CPs? Jeez. We haven't even gotten rid of the last batch of idiots (At least in my area).. Give us a moment to recover so we can have a mind set of "It can't be any worse, it's gotta go up from here".

Just remember. Pleasure Island doesn't exist anymore... I say "last batch of idiots" not only because of their inability to handle the job.. but that a small group got into an argument on if PI was still open..

I'm just curious, but which CPs do you consider to fall into the "last batch of idiots" (at least from Icon)?

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Sorry Johanna but you don't count (at least for me) since you've been several times on the program. The last batch that came (in my area too) have been truly horrible. Not only do they not care and do things wrong but they are also belligerent and rude to cast members and guests., Constantly they make things difficult for everyone that works around them. I can only hand pick a few of them who truly grasp what their jobs are and care to do it. The things that I have heard some of them are  . I know even the trainers had trouble with them, which begs the question how did they even pass. I wish they would have hang some of them there. We have enough to deal with the SG, we don't need SCM too.

Wow that was longer than I wanted to be. Sorry, the topic hit a nerve.

My reply: See above post.

It was just a resort wide situation this time around. Quite honestly, I put half the blame on trainers but thats just from observation.

Thanks! I know I've done the CP several times (and I feel blessed to have been able to do so many), but I'm pretty sure that even if this was my first CP I would want to work hard (I've always known I've wanted to work for Disney). I hate that CPs are ruining the CP name (especially since I know so many people who were rejected, and would have done a great job).

I am a CP as well, I came in August 2009, but I will agree with you on this last group. In my area I say the exact same things you all are saying. It seems to be the general consensus among everyone I talk to. It was the reason that when I applied for my last extension I requested a different area, however they did not grant me what I wanted so I will be leaving in May. I wasn't the only one, even part timers and full timers were trying to leave the area with the CPs being the main reason. I just hope for everyone, especially the guests that the upcoming groups are much better.
