Gross Guest Tricks

Post by Syndrome » Sun Jul 15, 2007 12:10 pm

So is there such a thing as GGT (Gross Guest Tricks)? 'Cause if so, I have the top nominee! Here is my post from Brand D...er, X forum:

I was on Kilimanjaro Safari, and for the whole ride the girl in front of me picked her nose, examined her magic nose goblins thoroughly, then wiped them on the side of the vehicle (she was in the end seat). Then she would stick her fingers in her mouth and chew and suck on them! UGH!!! Then she would repeat the whole process all over again. The sad thing was, she wasn't a little kid. She had to be 13 or 14. She'd mine away in the farthest reaches of her nasal cavity, then carefully examine her fingers to she if she'd made a discovery before wiping and sucking. I didn't see any animals on that trip because I couldn't tear my eyes away from the gross goings-on. I pity whoever got her seat next.

My bid for the grossest guest trick was the amazing exploding diaper. Sad thing is, I really couldn't blame the guests for it.

A family had a fully loaded diaper, and they put it on their stroller -- thank you for not leaving it on a bench or table for someone else to find. As they rolled along, it happened to bounce out.

Before they could stop and pick it up, another guest just happened to step right in the middle of it.

Kaboom! :kaboom:

Did you know that the average exploding diaper contaminates a radius of about 8 feet?

I rerouted the queue with a couple of ropes, sprinkled a whole bag of Voban, and waited for Custodial to arrive. All they could do is stare in disbelief and shake their head, "I'm gonna need a bigger mop!"

Parking lot sweeper trucks cannot suck up diapers even if they are empty. I did score an 8 for pain while wrenching a knee because I was slip sliding on a diaper.

When we were on vacation a few weeks ago, we saw 2 gross things...

First, on the MK express monorail, a woman was changing her baby on the seat of the monorail - keep in mind this was right near park opening time and the monorail car is crammed, and she didnt' put anything under the baby, and as we were exiting we noticed a nice brown streak where the baby had been changed...

Second was at MGM in the bathroom at the ABC Comisary, a mother and grandmother were literally bathing their baby in the sink. Again, they had changed the poopy diaper, but then proceeded to wash the baby out in the sink. They, too, left brown stains as they left...

Damn, that is pretty gross. I hope you let a monorail host or hostess know so they could call custodial?

That beats out my Pooharmagic day. Poo isn't supposed to be in Philhar. Especially on the floor in the theatre. with corn...

I don't know about Disneyland but the bins for googles at WDW outside of Mickey's Philarmagic look a lot like trashcans you find around someplaces except they have a net bag instead of a trashbag in them. They look nothing like Disney trashcans nor like a diaper pail.

The culprits must have changed the diaper in the theatre and that's also gross. I know that at WDW most, if not all, bathrooms have changing tables in them and I assume that DL is the same.

Some people are just plain stupid where they put diapers. One time I had to pick one up in my work's parking lot. I put on gloves, turned a trashbag inside out over my hand and pulled the bag over the diaper. I tied it shut and took it to the dumpster, nearly having a protein spill the entire way. There are trashcans 20 feet away by the building but somebody left it in the middle of a spot. I get physically ill at the thought of what would have happened if somebody ran over it. :barf:
