Woohoo! Go Wombat!

My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

Hey now! It might be one of the cute girls ;)

You know, the Wombat has mad skillz, 2 months to get stage qualifed. I did some digging around, that's a pretty big deal!

YAY for Wombat! :D: C O N G R A T U L U L A T I O N S !!!!!!!!! :congrats:
Hey we live in Denver! We will try to get tix for this event. Pepsi Center is a huge venue, where all the big rock groups come through! It would be fun to meet you there, but I know how those shows are, nearly impossible to meet someone. Is the group doing a meet and greet at all here? I would love to hear the performance and it would be great to meet someone from SGT and get your autograph now that you are a *STAR! ;) I will call about tix today!

Gosh... :o: You all flatter me so much! Thanks.

Sues, tickets are available through Barbershop.com -- our Friday (July 6) appearance is at the conclusion of the international chorus competition. VM is the reigning gold medal chorus, so we get to come perform while the results are tallied on this year's competitors. (We're not competing this year -- we have to sit out 2 years after winning the gold, so we only compete every three years. Which makes it pretty remarkable that they've won eleven gold medals since 1975!)

We are also performing in the "World Harmony Jamboree," a showcase of some of the best choruses and quartets from around the world, on Saturday (July 7) afternoon at the Buell Theater.

When we're performing, I'll be on the right side (as you face the stage), a few guys from the end on the top row. And if you go to the Friday event at the Pepsi Center (it's an all-day affair, with two sessions), when we're watching the competition ourselves before our performance, we'll be in Section 230 or thereabouts. Do stop by and say "hi"!!

I hope all of you can see a show someday. It's an amazing event, and especially for you CM's, it would be a blast to entertain you for a change!!

Thanks again for all of the kind words! You guys are the best.

I'm back, and I survived. Singing with the VM was a blast!!!

Here's a pic of me onstage with the Vocal Majority in Denver on Friday night (7/6/07). I'm on the top row, third from the right! I have a couple other pictures posted on my blog if anyone's interested.
