Don't make the assumption that I would violate your "rules" of dress.PeopleOfThePark wrote:Wearing the t-shirt, black jeans, and hat, probably not. The tail, maybe... I'm kinda lost on that one...
Fortunately, Disney parks have security teams. Pretty darn good ones. Some stuff shown on peopleofwalmart.com wouldn't ever make it through the gates of a Disney park.

I just think that the pictures posted thus far are not all that shocking.
I think it is odd that you feel athletic wear is forbidden. no nike shoes, hats, shirts, shorts, etc. etc.? as well as other brands. Especially at an amuzement park.
no where are the pictures of women wearing high heels and lepoard print spandex, and shall we say, on the "plus sized"..or the lady we saw at WDW wearing heavy pants and a top with a jacket...it was 95.
I wonder if some of the more strange dress is stopped at the enterance?
I realize you are getting started. maybe you will have some better submissions.
now I have to go through the thousands of pictures I have from both places to see if I have any.

It's not like People of WalMart. PoW captures the moments when people bust open our perceptions of normality, and pokes as much fun at our little boxes on the hillside as it does at the people who think outside the boxes made of ticky-tacky. People of the Parks thus far seems to be simply someone making fun of people they find unattractive. Where's the chick in the see-through white unitard with the vividly dyed pubes? Where's the chick flashing the safari driver from the front row? Where's the cute couple who had to be asked to remove her leash lest they clothesline a SG?
Wookie guy looks like a sweetie, and he's doing a good job of keeping the baby's ickle tootsies warm. Considering the amount of borderline neglect I see inflicted on children in the parks, I applaud him. Ever seen a newborn infant with blistering sunburn? Kid's bloody lucky to have a papa/uncle/brother/whatever as attentive as Wookie guy.

I remember that one. funny site. made me look the next trip to WDW and DLR!Whazzup wrote:This must be a sister web site to this one: http://badshoe.com/bad_shoes.htm
we always wear a good set of rather plain looking hiking shoes or athletic shoes.
I did notice that POTP had a few group shots of people dressed with Disney hats/sweatshirts.. It looks like some of the subjects may be mentally challenged adults.
I don't think that is a very good idea of posting those pictures just to make fun of how they are dressed.
To them, that may be the dream vacation of their life. And if getting a sweatshirt or Disney hat brightens their day, more power to them.
