Two weeks until DL - Homemade Jerky anyone?

Going to DL the end of this month. We have finally decided it would be more cost effective to get AP's rather than 3 day park hoppers each time. (I have decided that getting and AP I can make rude comments about the paint on things, ect, lol..NOT..it's just more cost effective for us even if we are out of state. We go every two months or so)

Anywho - we are meeting a friend who has requested some of my homemade beef jerky, so I thought since I was making some, I'd offer some to my cm buds as well.

We'll be there the evening of the 19th through the 22nd. I will be taking orders now, lol

Give me your request and location and I will drop some off. It's a sweet/spicy mixture taste.

Is it soy free and gluten free? I can have a bit of soy but not if it is made with wheat. I so miss jerky.

I'm gluten intollerant (not full fledged celiac, but too much gluten keeps me in the bathroom/losing too much weight) and this recipe doesn't effect that for me churchy.

the recipe consists mostly of spices that I have adjusted ( I used to be the world's pickiest eater, so nothing out of the ordinary)
