Is there a doctor in the Mouse?

Post by CptnSkippy » Mon Jan 04, 2010 2:29 pm

Just thought I'd share,

My 2 year old broke her leg New Years eve. Her 5 year old brother accidentally ran into (over?) her with his bike. At full speed.

So, while she's getting ready to go the doctor's office for x-rays we start warning her that the doctor's going to look at her leg and fix it. She stated "no, Mickey kiss it and make it better."

I suppose I'll just have to take her up to the Magic Kingdom so her leg can get better. Darn.

Will characters sign a cast?

Great question! Not sure, but am positive Mickey will have some magic for her. Call GR or speak to a Handler when you are @ MK. Pixie Dust can usually be found. :)

Yes they will. :)

I will be your guide for this magical journey into the movies. It's the perfect job for me, because I love movies! Is everybody ready? Great, because it's showtime. Ready when you are, CB!

Yes, the characters will.

In addition, you might want to talk to the person who will be removing the cast. Have a line drawn on the cast where it will be cut for removal. Then bring along some "Sharpies" and have the characters autograph the cast, asking them to make sure their signature does not directly cross the line.

Once the cast is removed and fully dried out, you will then have a very unusual souvenir of the trip.

You could bronze it. :D:

Thank you all. I'm glad to hear this. I tried to arrange a trip for this weekend, but apparently my wife isn't that interested in seeing snow. I hope all of you are able to keep warm out there.

This cast comes off in two weeks, and a new one put on. It looks like we may try up for a trip in early Feb and let her have Mickey and the gang sign her new (neon green) one.

Thanks again!
