Oh here is another good one that I use on the monorail sometimes. The windows are locked in place for ventilation and so that people don't keep breaking them. Well it's kinda cold out right now so people always complain that the windows don't go up the easy response is...
Oh I'm sorry about that, but this is Tomorrowland so we are preparing for global warming.
Makes people laugh a little and a great way to change the mood around.

Excuse me what time is the four o' clock parade?

Reminds me of what I say at Mansion when people ask why it's so cold inside-Filmdirector17 wrote:Oh I'm sorry about that, but this is Tomorrowland so we are preparing for global warming.
"We have 999 corpses in here. Do you want it to smell like decaying flesh in here 'cause we sure don't."

ahhhh, i'm laughing like a maniac, reading all of that here, but to be honest all i'm seeing here is future guests of city hall, complaining, that the cm's need to be fired because they snapped at them.
i just remember one time i heard the best line ever.
this guest was complaining that the cm at the matterhorn was rude to him, he sayed nasty things... so my collegue asked him what the cm sayed. the man just kinda stared at my co worker and didn't want to say it. the wife , who was embarressed for him in the first place, finally explained the situation and that her husband was less then nice to this girl and so she sent him away by saying "i hope your day is as nice as you are, sir!"
i mean, how cool is that! from then on i can't wait to use that line over and over again...

I use to say something similar when people would get pissed off because their child was to small to ride and they just stand there and argue with me till they were so mad and stormed away, and as they were leaving I would say "Have a magical day". Boy did that make them even madder(is that a word?)

I had this one guest today that was just so fuming because she couln't take her stroller into Epic. Even after myself, coordinator, and manager told her that it was against state law she just kept on yelling. So my manager looked at the guest and said. . . "Since you are obvious not intrested in talking we are done with you." And the three of us just walked away.
