When I first trained, there was no FP on Pan. But VERY soon after that was when it was added (I think). I only really remember it WITH FP. Ugh.

I just remembered, there was this one girl I used to work with, when we'd open, if she was at distribution or Pan greeter, she would go to the machines and hit the override over and over and over, when no one was looking, printing out FPs, just stacks of them, and toss them in the trash, so the line wouldn't be as long!

And about that woman griping about the FP while we were evac-ing small world- She was yelling at ME! Like: "YOU better not make us miss our time!!!" I felt like saying to her, "Yeah, lady, I personally jacked up the flume, knowing I'd be wearing these GROSS hip waders, pulling these boats through the water, trapping all these people in here, JUST so you would miss your FP time. You caught me!! How'd you know?"

That is ONE way to do it! :D: Won't management scould you if the override button was pressed too many times? It would be a waste trowing away perfectly good fast passes to be later used in the day for guest recovery.

I'm not sure... I just used to watch her and laugh. I don't think she ever got in trouble for it or anything, though. She would just get annoyed when, when the park first opened, people would come over and get FPs instead of just riding right then, when there was maybe a 5 min. line if that. So she be yelling at people coming towards the machines, "No! Just go ride now! Don't get FP's!" She didn't do the override thing to get rid of the tickets, really, but more to bump the times up, so people would be more likely to just wait in line, rather than coming back later. Does that make sense? I don't know if I'm explaining it well!

I have seen that too often. Wait time is 10 minutes but they rather get in the fast pass line. People think the fast pass is always shorter when during parades, late at night and early mornings it is not.

I understand you. I was thinking about the Small World ride being in a flume above ground, lol. Not get out and swim but jump. Maybe a doll will break your fall. Fall would not kill them but the swim might, never know what is in that water,

In this one boat, this woman CONTINUOUSLY nagged me about how they had FP's for BTMR, and "We'd better not miss our time!!!" I was IN the water, pulling a boat full of about 20 people, sweating my butt off, and all she was worried about was her stupid FP. I don't even remember what I said or if I said anything, but it was incredibly aggravating.

Disneyland's Small World has boats in a trough. In fact, it's the same one brought back from the Worlds Fair.

At WDW, Small World has water clear to the sets. Hence the hip waders -- also the scuba gear. :scuba:

That is no fun Zazu, where are we supposed to dump our trash and park brochures? I only been on that one time long ago and did not know I had celiac.

Thats just wrong. I know when I went I would get FP's for certain rides even if I used the normal line. I got them for my scrap book. If I ever saw a CM doing that I'd report them.

If she was so annoyed at guest being in line, then she should just stay home.
