How sad that we have to deal with people who are at first careless and then angry if you say anything to them-Then they will complain to everyone else about YOUR behavior. They will then smile with satisfaction that they "won"
and instantly forget about it while the nice person will internalize it and be upset for a week. They are simply Bullies. Hang in there, everyone.

Guests expectations are way too high when they come to the parks. The best way to make a guest's visit enjoyable is on your days off.
On my days off, I go to the parks either by myself or with friends. We talk to many families while waiting in line at a ride or waiting for a show to start. We tell them that we work for Disney (where, what are role is, etc.) and invite them to visit us. So far, most of the families I've met came to visit me at Star Tours whenever I decide to pick up extra hours. At least I've established a small relationship with them and when they see me in costume, they're happier knowing that Cast Members are like angels.
Does that make sense? :D:

Hey Syndrome, don't forget she is the one that decided while I was sitting watching stitch be silly with the kids wanting photos she decided to bend her fat butt over in front of me and dig through her ever so SMALL purse like it was the bottomless pit. That was quite honestly the LAST thing I wanted to see!

Yes, that is what I love about the universe...cosmic payback! That was a riot when it turned out to be Butt Woman. God punished her for soiling your eyes by forcing her to sit next to rude, bitchy, little ol' me.
It sure was an awesome cruise tho', wasn't it? :D:
