YES YES YES. that's my answer. when we stayed at the Boardwalk Villas, we rode the surrey bicycles. when you are gaining momentum, you can't stop, especially downhill, yet people walk right in front of you and let their kids walk right in front. the bells don't mean anything to these SG, so i yell, CAN"T STOP - BETTER MOVE. some do and some have that glazed look, like what?.
