I was never fingerprinted when hired in at DLR. WDW does prints? No kidding? I've been told by friends at TDA drug testing is simply too expensive. Half of CMs at DLR would be termed if Disney did implement drug testing!! Most guests are positive Disney does testing. Such Magic in a name.

Its Florida Law. Anyone with any sort of contact with Children is Fingerprinted and Background checked. Unfortunetly, some nut jobs do slip through the system, like what happen to that little girl, Jessica Lunsdy (sp), a couple of years back. This was not at the parks, but her school.

WDW does fingerprints on everyone. Checks are through FBI and Florida Department of Law Enforcement to verify that you have (a) not been convicted of doing terrible things to children, and (b) may be trusted to handle money.

Maybe you young whippersnapers get fingerprinted at WDW, but us oldtimers never had to. Nutz, they didn't even check to see if I had a drivers license before they let me drive Company vehicles!
