My family and I visited WDW 12/1 -12/10. We just wanted to thank every cast member for helping make it one of the most memorable and magical trips.
The staff at the Coronado Springs were outstanding. I sent a letter to the manager telling them how wonderful everything was.
The servers at all of the restaurants were terrific, especially Shere at the Crystal Palace (thanks for the song, my niece is still talking about it), Justin at Le Cellier ( thanks for putting up with our crazy group), and our server at Artist Point, I am so sorry, but your name escapes me, but it was 12/7 and we were dressed for the MVMCP.
The CMs on the rides were sweet to my niece. Jackie is losing her hearing and wears hearing aids in both ears. Every cast memebr who spoke to her was wonderful. You made her feel like a princess.
The Dream Squad made our trip magical with popcorn, soda, ice cream, pins, and just being themselves. My husband and I were noticed on December 2 by two CMs (my husband is the guy who wears the shirts with all the patches, what can I say, the man is a Disney Nut). They made our night. I also want to say hello to Barbie on the Dream Squad. I love a fellow lover of Mickey bling bling.
Rae who was our tour guide on the Keys to the Kingdom tour was wonderful. Thanks for the information and for making us laugh.
You are all such wonderful people. I cannot thank you enough for making our trip so wonderful. I made sure I told supervisors and managers about the great things you do. I know from personal experience you hardly ever get a complement.
Sincerely,
Kathy Cahill

Re: Thanks for the Magic
Whoa! Hey guys, look at this! It's a guest compliment!
I've heard of them existing but I didn't know it was really true. Wow.
Hey great to see you had a fun time. Least someone left with a good expierience which seems to be pretty hard to find nowadays.
