Hey Zazu, I noticed on your posts it says Contemporary Resort...that is where we always stay. We love that resort. We were there last May and we will be coming in this May...14th floor concierge. Love the service there and we have NEVER been disappointed when we stay at Contemporary Resort!

BTW, we stayed on the 11th floor concierge last May when the place was being refurbed upstairs. The "lounge" was just outside the elevators then. We loved the concierge service and would never stay any other way. Again you guys ROCK!!!!!!!!!
